I woke up this morning and weighed myself. Four pounds lighter. Not a bad start. I know much of this is water weight, but it still feels great.
Today I will remember:
Do not eat until I am truly hungry. I’ll pay attention to false hunger signals like habit, stress, boredom, etc…
Eat slowly, putting the fork/food down between bites.
Chew thoroughly until natural swallowing reflex kicks in.
I may also listen to the .mp3 I made a long time ago. It’s a hypnosis induction for weight loss. I don’t really remember the protocol, but do recall that it was relaxing. Mindset!
